Today has literally been one of the most rewarding days on this job so far. I recreated our entire website from scratch. FROM SCRATCH. All of the copy, photos, and widgets that you can interact with, I designed all on my own! (more…)
As stated in my previous post, we are busy real estate bees! For this week though, I think that has been an understatement. It is Friday and it doesn’t even feel like the end of week. It is 2:38 in the afternoon and I have been so busy running around this morning that I haven’t even had time to eat yet! (more…)
Five new listings this week… FIVE. FIVE NEW LISTINGS. We have seven buyers under contract, a spring event being planned, and more paper and social media advertising than I know what to do with. For us as a real estate team, the weekend means showing homes, hosting open houses, and returning e-mails and phone calls. WE NEVER STOP. We had two open houses yesterday and one open house this afternoon. (more…)
“Start a blog,” my boss said. “It will be fun,” she said.
I’ve spent all morning rummaging through Google, researching what makes a great blog. CONTENT, CONTENT, CONTENT. Personally, I love blogs. They are a great way to share content with the world through nearly any social media platform – unfortunately for me, I can’t just write about whatever I want and the things I have opinions on. Apparently I have to keep this blog to a degree of professionalism, but that’s hard to do as a 22 year-old recent college graduate. (more…)
